The museum has 3 floors with different themes. The history of opening and the ethnic minorities exhibition area have a lot of rich historical content. In the museum, there are existing treasures of the town hall-Guo Xing Ye Zheng Chenggong Yuzhen, Kangxi map, etc., which are also exhibits in the museum. Next to the museum is the famous 228 Memorial Park. If time permits, you can also visit Ximending and Ximen Red House not far away.
