Tangshan Zoo officially opened on September 10, 2016 at No. 3 Xinkai Road, Kaiping District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province. Tangshan Zoo currently has six areas: venue area, ecological herbivorous area, bird viewing area, central service and entertainment area, leisure area, comprehensive operation and management area, with 123 animal species and 2054 animals (heads). There are 22 animal venues in the animal kindergarten.
