Datong Peach Blossom Mountain is located in Shahumen Village, Hongshiyuan Township, southeast of Lingqiu. After millions of years of nature, a series of natural karst caves have been formed, mainly Peach Blossom Cave and Bat Cave. Taohua Cave is located at an altitude of 1900 meters in Taohua Mountain. The cave has a history of 1.7 million years and is still in the growth period. There are many stalactites in the cave, with different shapes, some are like large bead curtains like white jade, some hang slowly like 100-fold brocade, some are like generals in armor, and some are like clumps of fresh mushrooms, layered on top of each other. Stacked, vibrant. Holding peaches in hand, the smiling Peach Blossom Fairy attracts countless young men and women to come here to have a look.
The Bat Cave is located at an altitude of 900 meters in the north of Taohua Mountain. The cave is tall and extends in all directions. The main cave is more than 70 meters deep and has six exits. In the cave, thousands of bats hang upside down on the top of the cave, like a bunch of black elves, walking day and night, which is very interesting. The naturally formed murals on the walls and roof of the cave on the west side are lifelike.
