The Tashi meeting site is located in the Jiangxi Temple in the northeast corner of Tashi Town, Weixin County, Zhaotong City.
In February 1935, the Central Red Army passed by Tashi on the Long March and set up its general headquarters in the Jiangxi Temple in the northeast corner of Tashi Town. On February 9, the Central Committee held an enlarged meeting on the theater in the temple. The important position in the history of our party and our army has been recorded in the annals of history. Now the original site has been restored, and the meeting site and the former residences of the leading comrades of the central government are displayed as they are.
On the small hill not far from the Tashi meeting site is the Tashi meeting memorial hall. There are thousands of precious revolutionary historical relics collected over the years in the museum. There are precious historical photos, lifelike sculptures, and detailed text descriptions. It is not far from the memorial hall. In the distance is the majestic Red Army Monument, surrounded by marble railings. In addition, there are also revolutionary memorial sites such as Tashi Park and the Red Army Martyrs Cemetery in the county seat.
