It is located on the southwest side of the traffic post on Ningguo Road, adjacent to the long-distance bus station and railway station. The park was originally a Tiangong temple pagoda surrounded by bungalows. It was built to record the long history of the ancient pagoda, green and beautify the surrounding environment. It was built in 2001, completed and opened to the public at the end of October 2003. The park covers an area of 3 hectares.
The landscaping layout of the park adopts natural style, combined with Tiangong Temple Pagoda and antique buildings, showing a multi-level, multi-tree and multi-color pattern. With Tiangong Temple as the main building, sparse trees and flowers are dotted on the open and sloping lawn to form a cheerful landscape. Walking paths are opened, garden lights, seats, pools, and fountains are set up. There are few buildings in the park, and the terrain is slightly undulating. There are no large rocks, and a large area of lawns and bushes constitutes a natural landscape. On sunny days, residents go to the park to sunbathe, take a walk, rest, and play games, and are satisfied in enjoying the natural scenery.
The Tiangong Temple Pagoda, located in the southwest corner of Fengrun City, was built in the eighth year of Liao Qingning. It is said that in the first year of Qingning, Zhang Richeng, the salt inspector, saw that there were high uplifted earth mounds here, and the clear springs under the mounds went around the mounds, and the mounds and springs were suitable for building pagodas. The decree of the master of acting and teaching is the suzerain.
