Tianlong Mountain Scenic Area includes the three natural villages of Wupo, Nanping and Yaotou in Jinci Town, and Nanshan and Beishan (namely Tianlong Mountain) at the source of Liuzigou.

The scenic spot is beautiful, quiet and cool, and there are "eight sceneries of heaven and dragon" in ancient times, and it is a famous tourist attraction. Today, it is a part of Jinci Temple - Tianlong Mountain Scenic Area.

Tianlong Mountain is named after the Tianlong Temple built by Gaoyang in the Northern Qi Dynasty, and it is also famous for the grottoes on the mountain. The grottoes in the entire Tianlong Mountain Scenic Area are the essence and are worth seeing. There are 24 caves excavated in the Eastern Wei, Northern Qi, Sui and Tang Dynasties in Tianlongshan Grottoes, among which the Tang Dynasty is the most. The seated statue of Maitreya Buddha in the ninth cave "Manshan Pavilion" is about 8 meters high, with harmonious proportions and dignified appearance. It is a cave worthy of appreciation in the grottoes.
