Tianping Mountain is located on the east side of the main peak of Linli Mountain in the Linzhou section of the Taihang Mountains. With lush grass and natural wit, it is known as "the scenic spot of Beixiong", and it is a place for returning to nature and climbing high. Tianping Mountain is 1671 meters above sea level. There are 6 big peaks and 5 small peaks. They are distributed around Tianping Temple. They are steep peaks of Ordovician limestone. There are waterfalls and flowing springs, strange caves and rocks, three steps and one waterfall, five steps of pools, green hills, dense forests, and flowers complement each other, and the natural landscape is magnificent. Tianping Mountain is also the place where the disciples of immortals and sages of the past dynasties visited and lived. There are cultural landscapes such as the thousand-year-old post road, the thousand-year-old temple Tianping Temple, and the birthplace of Jing Ke. Two thousand and five hundred years ago, Jin general Zhao Sheng defeated Qi soldiers here, and then Shi Le, Gao Huan, Gao Yang, Zhao Kuangyin, and Li Zicheng stationed troops here. The Tianping Temple in the mountain was built by Zen Master Seng Chou of the Eastern Wei Dynasty, surrounded by six peaks, known as the Lotus Buddha Kingdom.
