Tinghu Lake Scenic Area is located in the northeast of Yanshan County, Wenshan, Yunnan Province, 3.6 kilometers northeast of the county center. The five isolated islands in the reservoir have their own characteristics. With Shuangfeng Island as the center, the reservoir area with a length of 4,900 meters is divided into two; Shuangfeng Island is 500 meters long and 250 meters wide. The east side of the island resembles a huge mountain eagle due to the change of terrain. Pounce on the water, so it means "the eagle hits the water".
