Tingyulou is located outside the old county government office in the ancient city of Pingyao. You can climb up from the inside of the county government office, and you can overlook the panoramic view of Pingyao upstairs. Tingyu Tower is facing the street, standing on the upper floor and looking around, it is a long straight street.
On the west side of this small tower, there is a plaque on the wall with the three characters "Guanfeng Tower", and a plaque with the three characters "Tingyu Tower" is hung on the east side of the tower.
