Tongguan Yellow River Bay is located on the edge of the ancient city of Tongguan, a famous ancient military pass. It is 140 kilometers away from Xi'an and only 20 kilometers away from Huashan. The water of the Luo River suddenly turned eastward after the confluence of the three rivers. The southern boundary is the northern boundary of National Highway 310 in the ancient city of Tongguan, from the Jinpen Overpass in the west to the tidal flats in the county waters downstream of the Yellow River Highway Bridge in the east. . There are Yellow River, Weihe River, Nuwa Mausoleum, Tongguan West City and many ancient battlefield sites in the scenic area.
