Wangping Scenic Spot is located in Wangping Village, Shaxi Town, including the Red Army Martyrs Cemetery, the Former Red Army General Hospital Group and Wangping New Village. The cemetery was designed, inscribed and built in July 1934 by Zhang Qinqiu, director of the General Hospital of the Fourth Front Army of the Red Army. It is a national tomb and monument built for the Red Army martyrs. The Tomb of Wangping Martyrs of the Fourth Front Army of the Red Army covers an area of about 7 hectares, and more than 3,800 Red Army martyrs were buried. In addition to the tombs of more than 10 nearby branches, more than 7,800 Red Army martyrs were buried, including 108 military division cadres and martyrs.
