The Tsochin Hall is located in the center of Drepung Monastery, covering an area of more than 4,500 square meters. There are more than 190 pillars in the sutra hall, which can accommodate 7,000 to 10,000 lamas. Down the stone steps in front of the corridor is a spacious sutra debate field, where the lamas of each dratsang have to set up their defenses, and only after they win can they take the Geshe qualification examination for the Chuanzhao Dafa Assembly. The main Buddha enshrined is the statue of the mother Buddha with a big white canopy and the 9-year-old statue of the immeasurable victory Buddha.
In the middle of the back hall is a two-story gold-plated "Miwang Jampa Buddha"; the side hall on the left is the Buddha Hall of the Third Age, where there are three Buddha statues: the past Buddha burning lamp, the present Buddha Sakyamuni, and the future Buddha Jamba; Various Buddhist scriptures are offered in the side hall on the right. At the exit of the corridor of the Buddha Hall, there is a plaque with the imperial pen of Emperor Tongzhi of the Qing Dynasty, and the inscription "Shucheng Xianghua".
"Longbengkang" on the west side of the main hall is the pagoda hall, among which three silver pagodas are particularly eye-catching, and the middle one is the two pagodas.WorldGendun GyatsoLingta, the left and right pagodas are the Patriarch Pagodas of Drepung Monastery. The Patriarch Hall on the third floor of the main hall has the Sutra Pavilion and the Jamba Tongzhen Buddha Hall, which enshrines the 8-year-old bronze statue of Jamba Buddha. There is a statue of Sakyamuni preaching in the main hall on the fourth floor, and there are 13 silver pagodas on both sides. The side hall is the Arhat Hall, which houses the statues of Buddhist patriarchs and Arhats, as well as the statue of the main Living Buddha of Drepung Monastery.
