Tuoba Xianbei History and Culture Park is located in the Gaxian River Valley about 9 kilometers west of Alihe Town, Oroqen Autonomous Banner, Hulunbeier City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is famous all over the world for Gaxian Cave, and was awarded the Excellent Cultural Tourism Scenic Spot Brand of Inner Mongolia in 2016. It consists of Gaxian Cave Scenic Area and Oroqen Wuli Leng Scenic Area, and has ecological tourist areas such as wetland wooden plank road, mountaintop wooden plank road and plank road viewing platform.

Gaxian Cave, the site of the Xianbei Old Ruins in the park, is the birthplace of the Tuoba Xianbei ethnic group that established the Northern Wei Dynasty. It was listed as a national key protected cultural relic in 1988, and was rated as one of the top ten historical scenic spots in the autonomous region in 2006. Gaxian Cave is the centerpiece of the Cultural Park. Relying on, in-depth excavation and promotion of the historical value of the Tuoba Xianbei nation.

The wetland boardwalk is a slow-moving corridor for the concrete display of Tuoba Xianbei forest culture. It shows the typical northern wetland style of the Gaxian River Basin with its unique landscape and beautiful route. There is a petroglyph art square in the area, which mainly focuses on the remains of petroglyphs in Daxianbei Mountain. By simulating different ways of petroglyphs, it vividly displays petroglyph art and enriches tourists' travel experience.

The continuous forest is a scenic spot in the Tuoba Xianbei History and Culture Park. Visitors can fully experience the charm of the Daxinganling forest through hiking and camping.
