The characteristic of Tianshan Park in Urumqi is that it has original ecological forests, followed by a landscape lake. The lake water winds down from the west along a small canal paved with cobblestones all the way to the landscape lake in the center of Tianshan Park. Walking in the forest, the flowers, grasses, and trees I saw did not have traces of artificial planting, even pig's ear grass, thorn flowers, etc., which was relatively quiet. In order to preserve the original ecological forest, 3.63 million plants of 12 kinds of perennial flowers, such as daylilies, iris, hosta, blue flax, and ice chrysanthemum, were planted around the forest by adopting the method of "suitable planting for the right place". In fact, Tianshan Park is a comprehensive park integrating green landscape, sports and leisure. There are water sports area, sports and fitness area, leisure and sightseeing area, quiet rest area and other areas. The sports and fitness area has a basketball court covering an area of more than 400 square meters and a gate court covering an area of more than 200 square meters.
