Urumqi Water Park is located in the south of the urban area. It is the only comprehensive amusement park in Xinjiang that integrates garden art and entertainment. The park has a unique landform, pleasant scenery, fresh air, and green grass on both sides of the corridor. The natural waters of 180 square kilometers are distributed with wild reeds, forming a natural ecological woodland, with rippling waters, and speedboats and cruise ships travel on the lake with the color of Debi.
Ethnic architecture is a major feature of the park. The 300-meter viewing corridor stands tall and majestic in the front area. The pavilion reflecting the regional culture stands beside the lake, which is beautiful and magnificent.
The park currently has more than 60 various amusement facilities, which are divided into six major areas: water amusement park, land amusement area, tourist sightseeing area, woodland leisure area, commercial and drinking service area, and public activity area. In the park, there are the super-large "three-ring atomic pulley", the 58-meter giant "Ferris wheel", the only four super-high combination "bungee jumping towers" in the country, and the "time-space shuttle freedom tower". The flower orchard composed of grapes, fruit trees and rose flowers unique to Xinjiang constitutes a more beautiful landscape for the water park.
