The Wang Luobin Music Art Museum opened in 2009. The art museum has two floors, and the overall shape is three-dimensional square. The front is a commemorative wall in the shape of a post-it note, highlighting the world famous song "In That Faraway Place" from Jinyintan Grassland to the world.

The art museum is divided into four parts: multi-functional hall, VIP hall, interactive audio-visual room, and main exhibition hall. It displays a large number of photos and objects about Wang Luobin, and more than 200 songs and opera manuscripts from different periods. It is a large-scale concentrated expression of Wang Luobin. An art gallery of music culture and western music.

On the first floor of the memorial hall, there is a multi-functional film and television hall with 80 seats, which is used to show film and television documentaries, feature films and stage plays with prominent themes and strong appreciation reflecting Jinyintan and Wang Luobin. The main exhibition hall is divided into five chapters, and more than 700 precious photos and manuscripts testify to the respect and admiration of history for this Chinese national artist.
