Walk about one kilometer from the gate of Huashan Mountain, and go up about 100 meters from Yushi, you can see the two big characters "Shoushan" engraved on the stone wall with a diameter of more than 1 meter, which is said to be written by Chen Tuan. Go up a few more steps and you will arrive at "Wangmeng Terrace". The three large stone inscriptions are written by Baishan Dali in the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty. There are houses built on the mountain, which are called Huashan Zhongfang.

Wang Meng was born in the Yonghe period of the Eastern Jin Dynasty. When he was young, because of his poor family, he lived in seclusion in Huashan and studied hard. Later, he stationed troops here. Fu Jian of the former Qin Dynasty admired Wang Meng's name, "If Xuande meets Kongming three times." He appointed Wang Meng as a minister, and Wang Meng helped him unify the vast areas in the north and southwest, and brought Qin to rule. In the fourth year of Qin Jianyuan (368 A.D.), Yan Rongmu Wei occupied Shanzhou and had an attempt to wait for an opportunity to enter the customs. Fu Jian ordered Wang Meng to station troops in Huayin to guard against disasters. There is a colonel's platform on Wang Meng's platform, which is the relic of Wang Meng's troops stationed here.
