Wanming Pagoda is located on the north bank of Shawan, Tuojiang River. It is adjacent to the Xiachang Pavilion with carved beams and painted buildings in the east, and looks at the majestic Fengyu Bridge in the west. Originally a calligraphy and paper furnace, it was built in the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty. It is a hexagonal three-level brick tower, and it is the place where waste calligraphy and paper are burned intensively. After the original pagoda was destroyed, Huang Yongyu, a well-known painter, called the local people to collect donations for reconstruction in 1985, and rebuilt the seven-level hexagonal brick pagoda on the site. Because of the large number of donors, it was named "Wanming Pagoda".

The tower is built with green bricks, mixed mortar and reinforced concrete. The tower is hexagonal and seven-level, with six angles on each level. It is exquisite and beautiful, and copper wind chimes are hung. The tower is 21 meters high, and the tower surface is decorated with colorful paintings and sculptures; there are half-moon arched doors and windows on all six sides, and there are couplets on each door on the lower floor. The word "Wanming Pagoda" is engraved on the main entrance on the side facing the water.

The Wanming Pagoda stands tall and beautiful on the bank of the Tuojiang River, and its reflection is reflected in the blue waves of the Tuojiang River.
