Weizheng Park

Weizheng Park is located in the southwest of Jinzhou City. It was built by the people of Jinzhou to commemorate Wei Zheng, who was born in Pangbiao Village of Jinzhou and was called "Golden Mirror for Thousand Years" by later generations. It is a commemorative, A comprehensive park integrating viewing and entertainment.

 

The whole park takes Wei's ancestral hall as the main body, and the main scenic spots are: Wei Zheng Statue, Qianqiu Jinjian Hall, Jianting Pavilion, Zaizhou Lake, Jinjing Mountain, "Minben, Guoning" double bridge, "Siwei" double pavilion, Wei Zhenghui Li Chuijun, Chongyang Denggao, Xiangyuan Memorial Archway, etc. The buildings in the garden are all imitation of ancient Tang style buildings, with flying eaves and brackets, with a solemn momentum. The Wei Zheng Temple displays colorful murals, sculptures, plaques and couplets written by famous masters of Wei Zheng's deeds as a statesman, thinker, writer and historian.

 

Weizheng Park uses a unique slash-line multi-axis design method, with lakes and mountains, small bridges and flowing water, and pavilions. The flowers and trees cover the green, giving people the feeling of the integration of the north and the south, the integration of the ancient and the modern, and the big in the small. The second phase of the project is Juyi Wagangzhai, Pedestrian Bridge, Main Gate of Wei Temple, Screen Wall of World Wei’s Kindness, Memorial Archway of Wei Zheng’s Hometown, Wei Zheng’s Admonishment, and Calligraphy of Wei Zheng’s Praise by Past Dynasties.
