The West Dian Anti-Japanese War Memorial Hall is located on the east side of the National War Cemetery. It is an important part of China's Anti-Japanese War and an important part of the World Anti-Fascist War. The West Dian Anti-Japanese War Memorial Hall mainly focuses on the real objects of the Anti-Japanese War, taking into account pictures, text and video materials. The exhibition consists of six parts: the rear of the Anti-Japanese War, the front line of defending against the enemy, the standoff at the Nujiang River, the Jedi counterattack, the expulsion of the bandits, and the prayer for peace and equality.

On the west side of the memorial hall, there is a Chinese Expeditionary Army list wall, engraved with the names of Chinese Expeditionary Army soldiers, allied soldiers, local anti-Japanese guerrillas, local war casualties, co-participating troops and unit personnel who participated in the Western Yunnan War of Resistance. The list wall is engraved with all volcanic bluestone, symbolizing the strong will of the expeditionary soldiers; inlaid on the theme wall are the service logos of the Allied Forces in the China-Burma-India Theater, and on the left side are the eight Wei steles of "Chinese Expeditionary Force List Wall". It's an inscription.
