Hutiaotan Earth Forest is located on the west side of Luomoole Village, Wumao Township, 32 kilometers northwest of Yuanmou County, Chuxiong Prefecture. It is also called "Wumao Earth Forest". The main ditch is an east-west dry riverbed with a width of 10-40 meters and a total length of 1500 meters. The surface of the riverbed is yellow fine sand and colored gravel. The branch ditches are distributed in the north and south of the main ditch, with a total length of 4300 meters.
