Elephant Mountain is located in Xinyi District, Taipei City. It is named for its shape like an elephant. It and the nearby Tiger, Leopard, and Lion Mountains are also known as Four Beast Mountains. The top of the mountain is 183 meters above sea level, not very high, but there is no barrier in front of it, and the Taipei Basin is unobstructed, so it is a good base for climbing. Many majestic and beautiful photos of Taipei 101 were taken here.

If you want to see Building 101 on Xiangshan Mountain, try to do it in the early evening. The scenery of Building 101 after dusk is very beautiful, and there are very few people, which feels good.
