Xiangyun Street was formed in 1926 and named Xiangyun Street after Jiayan and auspicious words. The northern section was formed around 1940 and named Xinxiangyun Street.
Xiangyun Street extends from Nanping Street in the north to Jinbi Road in the south, with a total area of more than 400 meters. The whole street mainly provides catering and snacks.
