Xianzu Island is located in the heart of the river in Lhasa Hanoi, south of Chengguan District. It is surrounded by several small sandbars in the east and west. The sunset in summer is beautiful.
The continent runs from east to west, and there are two bridges connecting the north and northeast of Lhasa city. One is a road bridge near Lhasa No. 1 Middle School, and you can reach Tibet University shortly after crossing the bridge. There is an archway inscribed "Xianzu Island Ecological District", and there is a bridge in the northwest connected to Sun Island, which belongs to Chengguan District, and Lhasa Beijing Middle School in the north of the island. From the island, you can see the Lhasa Bridge, the barracks in the opposite valley, the sheep and cattle on the opposite mountain, and the flowing Lhasa River.
In April 2011, the large-scale Tibetan-themed TV series "Secrets of Tibet" and the movie "Tibetan Sky" in March 2012 were all filmed here as the main scene. As long as domestic movies and TV shows reflect the life and themes of the original Tibetan manors, they will generally be filmed here.
There are many youth hostels and small restaurants on Xianzu Island. If you want to avoid the crowds, this is a good place.
