The Xiaowulai Special Scenic Area is located in Fuxing Township. "Wulai" means warm spring water in the native language of the Atayal people. There is a four-story waterfall viewing platform next to the waterfall scenic area in the Xiaowulai Special Scenic Area for tourists to enjoy . May-June every year, and November every other year is a very suitable season for bird watching.
