Xingguo Temple is located in Chengbei Street, Qin'an County. It is a group of Yuan Dynasty buildings with simple style, peculiar shape and good preservation. It has been rated as a key cultural relic protection unit.
Prajna Hall faces east to west, three rooms wide, 11.7 meters long, two rooms deep and three rooms deep. Gray tiles are placed on the top of the mountain with single eaves.
