Xishuangbanna Dai Nationality Garden is located in Menghan Town, southeast of Jinghong City. The Dai Nationality Garden consists of five well-preserved natural villages of the Dai Nationality, namely Manjiang, Manchunman, Manting, Mancha and Manga. No matter which village you walk into, you will see typical Burmese pagodas and traditional Dai bamboo houses, and feel the rich Dai culture.
Entering the gate of the scenic spot, the first is the Welcome Square, where the enthusiastic Dai people dance welcome dances, sing congratulatory speeches, and sprinkle water for blessings. After that, we came to Manchunman Ancient Buddhist Temple, which is one of the ancient Buddhist temples in Xishuangbanna. It has a history of more than 1,400 years. When you enter the temple, you can worship Buddha and pray for blessings amidst the sound of chanting sutras.
The grand festival of the Dai family in Xishuangbanna is the Water-Splashing Festival. You can feel this warm scene in the Water-Splashing Square of the Dai Nationality Garden. Here, "every day is the Songkran Festival", hundreds of people gather by the pool, splashing water on each other to wash away the dust and sins. Be sure to bring a change of clothes.

1. To participate in the Water-Splashing Festival in the Dai Nationality Garden, it is recommended to prepare a set of replacement clothes in advance. If you don't bring it, you can rent clothes in the scenic area.
2. There are sightseeing cars in the scenic area, but it is not recommended to take them. The Dai Nationality Park is not particularly large, and walking tours allow you to experience the folk customs of the Dai people at close range.
