Go north along National Highway 110 to Shangmiao Township, Pingluo County, and go up along the western intersection to the mouth of Dashuigou in Helan Mountain. On the right side of the Mizoguchi there is an earthen platform with a height of 66 meters and a width of 133.2 meters at the bottom, which the local people call "Mu Guiying Dianjiangtai". According to experts' textual research, it is the site of Li Yuanhao's palace in the Western Xia Dynasty.
According to "Xixia Shushi": In May of the tenth year (1047) of Yanzuo's rites granted by Xia Guotian, Emperor Wei of Xixia, named Yuanhao, married the prince Ning Lingge. As the new empress, she built a palace to the east of the Dashuigou in Helan Mountain. According to the archaeological identification of Ningxia Museum, the Xixia Ligong site is located on both sides of the mouth of Dashuigou, 45 kilometers southwest of Pingluo County, and is about 4 kilometers long from north to south.
There are dozens of building terraces on the site, and on the south side of the ditch mouth, there are more than ten building terraces. The larger one is more than 100 meters long, more than 70 meters wide from front to back, and is about 12 meters above the ground, and the smaller one is 20 meters long. It is more than 10 meters wide, 10 meters wide from front to back, and 8 meters above the ground. The rest of the platforms are of different heights, about 5-15 meters. There are three groups of building platforms on the north side of the ditch mouth: the first group of building platforms has upper and lower floors, the lower floor is nearly 100 meters long from north to south, and 30 meters above the ground; There are four floors from bottom to top on the hillside of 2 meters. The upper floor is about 100 meters above the ground, and the width of each floor is more than 60 meters. The third group of building platforms is located in the northeast of the second group. There are 3 building terraces. All terraces are relatively flat. The back end is cut off from the hillside to form a right angle with the platform. The front end is made of block stones to form a straight wall, and stone steps are built on both sides or in the center of the platform. There are a large number of architectural remnants such as glass brick tiles, owl kisses, tiles and dripping water from the Xixia period on and near the platform. Coins of Xixia and Song Dynasties have also been unearthed here.
Under the Xixia Ligong ruins, Xixia cellar coins and a large number of Xixia bricks, tiles and other building components have been unearthed many times. One kilometer away from the mountain pass, there is a basically intact Great Wall of the Ming Dynasty. There is an ancient temple site three kilometers away. There are many rock paintings left by ancient nomads around the so-called "Shangmiao". Mizokou mountain springs are continuous all year round, with steep mountains on both sides, lush forests and fresh air in the mountains, it is a good place for outings and mountaineering.
