Xuanyuan Hall is located at the north end of the sacrificial square. On a three-story stone platform with a total height of 6 meters, Xuanyuan Hall stands majestically. Functional facilities are built in hidden places to purify the environment. There are no other pavilions and pavilions in the hall area. With the large environment composed of mountains, rivers, landforms and vegetation, it reflects the realm of "the elephant is invisible". Under the eaves of the main hall hangs a plaque of "Xuanyuan Hall" written by the famous calligrapher Mr. Huang Miaozi. The building area of Xuanyuan Hall is 1700 square meters. It is surrounded by 36 round stone pillars with a height of 3.8 meters to form a rectangular space of 40 meters by 40 meters. The characteristic landmark buildings in the district, the long eaves, huge bucket arches, and simple and simple roof ridges make the whole building look grand and solemn, with the style of ancient Han Dynasty. There is a circular skylight with a diameter of 14 meters in the center of the roof. The blue sky, white clouds, and sunlight are directly reflected into the hall, making the whole space appear magnificent, sacred and transparent. The ground in the hall is paved with blue, red, white, black, and yellow five-color granite, which is a metaphor for the traditional "five-color soil" to symbolize the blessing of the Yellow Emperor to the land of the motherland. The design of the entire Xuanyuan Hall takes the meaning of "the sky is round and the place" is grounded, and it is bathed in sunshine, rain and dew, which symbolizes the simple concept of the universe of the distant Chinese ancestors. The stone statue of the Yellow Emperor stands above the hall.
