Xue Rengui's cold kiln is located in Xiucun, Hejin City, Yuncheng City. The cold kiln sits east to west, and its length, width, and height are less than 3 meters. The kang and stove traces in the kiln were rebuilt in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties.
A historian once said, "Zhuge Liang's thatched reed, Du Fu's thatched cottage, and Xue Rengui's cold kiln" are rare historical cultures in the history of our country. The cold kiln in the scenic area was the place where Xue Rengui and Liu Yinghuan lived together at that time. In the cold kiln, there are abandoned spinning machines and Xu Wei's dilapidated daily necessities such as pots and pans. On the wall, there is a bow and arrow (imitation) that Xue Dingshan, the son of Xue Rengui, used to shoot geese when he was young. The hut on the left in the cold kiln is designed as a storage room.
