Xundian Ranch is located on the mountainside of Fenglong Mountain (also known as Fengwu Mountain) in Xundian Hui and Yi Autonomous County. It is a large and quiet alpine pasture. The rolling hills here, the blue sky, and the herds of cattle and sheep on the endless grassland constitute a beautiful rural painting, which makes people feel like they are in the New Zealand countryside.
The grass in Xundian Ranch is rich, and the flocks of sheep scattered on the grass under the blue sky look like stars. When the sun sets, the shepherd stands on the ridge and whistles to his flock of sheep on the opposite mountain, and the sheep will go home by themselves, very well-behaved.
