Qingshui Bay is located 38 kilometers south of the county seat. It is the second largest bay after Qiankun Bay, with a curvature of 305 degrees. From whirlpool bay in the north to clear water bay in the south, it has a total length of 68 kilometers and a total area of 86 square kilometers. Qingshui Bay belongs to the National Geological Park of the Yellow River Snake. The Geopark is located in the northeast of Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province, in the middle of the Qinjin Canyon of the Yellow River-Yanchuan section. In September 2005, it was officially approved by the Ministry of Land and Resources to be established as the Yellow River Snake Song National Geopark.
