The Yecheng Martyrs Cemetery is located in Yecheng County, Xinjiang, about 6 kilometers away from the county seat. It was built to commemorate the combat heroes and revolutionary martyrs who died heroically to safeguard the territorial integrity of the motherland and the interests of the people during the Sino-Indian border self-defense counterattack in 1962.
