The 10,000-mu lotus garden area is located in the shallow lake area on the west bank of Yilong Lake, two kilometers east of Shiping County, Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. From June to October every year, four-color lotus flowers of bright red, pink, milky white and purple are blooming, turning Yilong Lake Dotted into a sea of flowers, when you enter the lotus pond by small wooden boat or board the lotus viewing pavilion to enjoy the flowers, take pictures, and taste fresh lotus seeds, there will be a kind of gentleman in the water who will accompany you with joy.
