Yuanfei Heyuan Comprehensive Playground is located on the south side of Anxin County Tourist Wharf. The water area here is vast, the water quality is clear, surrounded by reeds on all sides, and the water is full of lotus. The scenic spot takes nature as the theme, and the park is divided into a beach swimming area, a lotus viewing area, and a reed entertainment area.

The beach bathing area is divided into three water areas: deep, medium, and shallow. The sand used on the beach is of high quality and sufficient quantity. After swimming, there are clean water washrooms. For tourists who cannot swim, life buoys, air cushions, etc. are prepared, and lifeguards are specially assigned to help them learn to swim.

In the lotus viewing area, there is a 70-meter lotus viewing corridor, a kilometer-long water pontoon bridge, and three arch bridges. The statues of the concubine Yuan are elegant and lifelike, combining natural culture with historical culture. The water here is wide, the environment is quiet, and the scenery is beautiful. There are many small wooden boats and pedal boats in the lotus pond for tourists to go deep into the lotus bushes and enjoy the beauty of flowers. The labyrinth is cleverly laid out in the reed entertainment area. Tourists from the noisy area will have a special experience walking into the reeds to seek seclusion and wonder.

Concubine Yuan's original name was Li Shi'er, a concubine of the Jin Zhangzong period, and she had a special liking for lotus. In order to commemorate Concubine Yuan's contribution to her hometown, the descendants of Baiyangdian called it Yuanfei Lotus Garden.
