From Yubengxia Village, walk along the canyon between Shennv Peak and Wuguan Peak, turn over a small ridge with prayer flags flying, and come to the foot of Shentu Waterfall. The sacred waterfall has a sacred status in the hearts of local Tibetans. One of the important things to do in the Neizhuan Mountain is to turn around the waterfall. After singing and dancing around the waterfall, you will get wet under the waterfall to pray for the blessing of the gods. On the road leading to the waterfall, there are many mani piles made of stones, which are piled up by Tibetans who turned around the mountain.
