Yuezhou Town is located 30 kilometers south of Qilin District, and is one of the satellite towns of Qujing. Adjacent to Dongshan Town in the east, Luliang County in the south, Rongfeng Mountain in the west, Sanbao Street and Ciying Town in the north, it belongs to Banshanba District. National Highway 326, Qulu Highway, and Zhanliao Highway run through the whole area from north to south, and Huangluo Highway runs through the central part from east to west, with convenient transportation. The land area is 263 square kilometers, and there are Nanpan River, Nixi River and Shuicheng River in the territory, and there are rich underground water resources in the karst caves of the east and west mountains. The town governs 14 villagers' committees, 90 villagers' groups and 102 natural villages. The town has a total cultivated land area of 55171 mu.
