Yuhua Palace Scenic Spot is located in Yuhua Town, the northwest suburb of Tongchuan City. It was first built in the seventh year of Wude (624 A.D.) by Emperor Gaozu of Tang Dynasty. It used to be a summer resort in the west. In the fourth year of Xianqing (AD 659), the world-famous master Xuanzang moved to Yuhua Temple with his disciples to translate Buddhist scriptures, and lived in Yuhua Temple for four years. He passed away in Yuhua Temple in the first year of Linde (AD 664). Huasi Sucheng courtyard. Today, the palace and temple buildings of that year no longer exist, because it is surrounded by mountains and lush vegetation, and it has become a summer vacation place for surrounding citizens. There are lush trees in the scenic area of Yuhua Palace, waterfalls and clear springs can be seen everywhere, and there are many pools and streams in the mountains. The water quality is clear, and it is a good place for the surrounding citizens to visit the mountains. The scenery here is different all year round. In spring, wild flowers are all over the mountains; in summer, the temperature is high, and the shaded branches and leaves block the sun; in autumn, the mountains are full of red leaves; Skiing and skating here, in the cold season of January and February, there will be exquisite ice sculptures in the scenic area for tourists to watch. There are hotels, farmhouses and other facilities in the scenic area to provide accommodation and catering services for tourists. In addition to appreciating the beauty of nature, tourists can also visit the Xuanzang Memorial Hall in the scenic area. This is the special museum of Master Xuanzang for several years. Some cultural relics and Buddhist objects unearthed from Yuhua Palace are displayed in the museum. The Suchengyuan site in the scenic area is the site of the Sucheng Hall of Yuhua Palace in the Tang Dynasty. During the Yuhua Temple period, it was renamed Suchengyuan.
