Zhaixing Tower, formerly known as Wangkou Tower, was built by Fan Zhongyan, a famous general in the Northern Song Dynasty, to observe the enemy's situation and command the war with Xixia when he was guarding Yanzhou. Because at the peak of Baota Mountain, the stars are approaching at night, it seems that you can pick them up with your hands, so it is called Star Picking Tower. The original building was destroyed, and it was rebuilt on the original site in 1987. Standing on it, you can have a panoramic view of Sanchuan, which is very interesting.
