This is the cemetery of Zhang Qian, a famous diplomat, traveler and explorer in the Western Han Dynasty, and the pioneer of the "Silk Road". Surrounded by ancient cypresses, there is a new Zhang Qian Memorial Hall.
The whole cemetery takes the dedication hall as the central axis and is symmetrically distributed. In front of the tomb, a pair of Han Dynasty stone tigers are carved with rough craftsmanship, majestic posture and generous layout. There are large-scale murals "Zhang Qian's Mission to the Western Regions" and "Cutting Hollow Map" painted by the famous calligrapher and painter Zhang Chongguang in the dedicated hall. The east and west side halls are exhibition rooms, where the exhibition of "Zhang Qian's Great Achievements in Life" and folk art exhibitions with distinctive characteristics of southern Shaanxi are launched respectively. The que-style gate is simple and elegant with blue bricks and tiles. The two ques face each other, and the cornices and brackets represent the architectural features of the palaces of the Han Dynasty.
