The former residence of Zhang Xueliang is located in the Qingquan tribe in Taoshan Village, Wufeng Township, where the Atayal people live in peace. Zhang Xueliang’s residence was originally a Japanese military officer’s house. It was a one-story house built with black tiles and cypress wood. The year after Zhang Xueliang left Qingquan, this house was destroyed when a typhoon struck. The former residence we see today was rebuilt on the original site. , while restoring the original appearance of the interior and exterior.
