Located in Zhengding County, Zhao Yun Temple was officially opened to the public in 1997. Zhao Yun, styled Zilong, was born in Zhending (now Zhengding) in Changshan, a famous general of the Three Kingdoms, known as "General Changsheng". On April 13, 1997, the Zhaoyun Temple rebuilt by the Zhengding County Tourism Bureau on the site of the original Daoguang period was officially opened to tourists. The newly built Zhaoyun Temple is magnificent, covering an area of 12 mu, with a total construction area of 1500 square meters. The temple adopts an imitation of the ancient architectural structure of Ming and Qing Dynasties, and is divided into the first courtyard and the second courtyard.
