Zhenwu Temple is located in Dingzhiling Village at the foot of Hengshan Mountain, and was built with funds raised by local villagers. The layout of the small temple is very compact, dedicated to Emperor Zhenwu. The red walls and glazed tiles of the temple look very grand. Looking at the Zhenwu Temple from a high place, it contrasts with the mountain behind the temple, but it is also quite spectacular.

Emperor Zhenwu, also known as Xuantian God and Yousheng Zhenjun Xuantian God, is a well-known Yujing god among Taoist gods. According to legend, Emperor Zhenwu is the eighty-second transformation of the Taishang Laojun. The folks call him Tianzun of Dangmo, Patriarch of Repaying Grace, and Patriarch of Dispersing Hair. After the Ming Dynasty, it had a great influence throughout the country, and folk beliefs were especially common in modern times.
