1. According to the "Domestic Mountaineering Management Measures", mountaineering activities must form a team of more than two people, organized and planned. <br/>2. The mountaineering team must be organized and guided by a unit with independent legal personality, and handle affairs related to mountaineering activities in a unified manner on behalf of the mountaineering team. <br/>3. Team members must pass the physical examination in a hospital above the county level (the qualification certificate shall be postponed for three months before valid verification), and they must be free of disabilities. <br/>4. More than half of the members must have systematically studied the basic knowledge of mountaineering and hold qualification certificates issued by mountaineering associations at all levels. <br/>5. There must be a certain number of members who have the experience of climbing the lower peaks of the plan (the peak heights are divided into four levels: 5,000 meters, 6,000 meters, 7,000 meters, and 8,000 meters). <br/>6. Must be equipped with basic equipment such as technology, cold protection, communication, and daily life required for mountaineering activities. <br/>7. For climbing peaks above 8,000 meters, the organizer of mountaineering activities must report to the Mountaineering Sports Management Center of the National Sports Commission according to the above-listed items three months before the implementation of the activity; Provincial (municipal) and autonomous region sports committees declare. After approval, a one-time "Mountaineering Activity Approval Letter" will be issued. The "Mountaineering Activities Approval Letter" is uniformly produced by the National Sports Commission. Provincial (municipal) and autonomous region sports commissions shall file with the Mountaineering Sports Management Center of the National Sports Commission while handling the approval procedures. <br/>8. Mountaineering teams must climb in accordance with the mountain peaks and routes approved by the Mountaineering Management Center of the National Sports Commission and the sports committee of the province (city) and autonomous region where the peak is located, and must not climb other unapproved peaks and routes. <br/>It is also necessary to have a certain economic foundation, and the body is not bad, and there are no diseases such as asthma, heart disease, high blood pressure, etc., then you can enter the next step: preparing for climbing Mount Everest. Don't think it's easy, this process takes 3 to 4 years. <br/>The first step is low-altitude outdoor activities, physical training, and basic technical learning. Physically, it is mainly about endurance, cardiopulmonary function, leg, waist and abdomen strength, and carrying capacity training. A novice can complete this stage in a year if he can use all his weekends. The second step is to start entering the thin air area at high altitude. <br/>Before climbing Mount Everest, it is best to have 2-3 times of high-altitude mountaineering experience, and carry anti-altitude reaction products when climbing to prepare for avoiding severe altitude sickness. <br/>According to the law of gradual and orderly progress, healthy people can start from the 6000-meter peak, then the 7000-meter and 8000-meter peaks. The third step is the preparation stage for Mount Everest climbing. It took half a year to devote myself to the preparations for climbing Mount Everest, especially physical training and reserves.
