Jianshui, Yunnan's version of "Shandong Qufu", is the place with the strongest Confucius culture in Yunnan.

When I first met Jianshui, I knew this place from a handful of grass sprouts, a piece of tofu, and a well.

However, now a Confucian Temple allows me to see another side of Jianshui, which has nothing to do with food but culture.

The ancients said, "It is better to travel thousands of miles than to read thousands of books." Therefore, this Spring Festival, we walked into Jianshui Confucian Temple and touched the heartbeat of the Confucian Temple for thousands of years.

Most of Jianshui, the surrounding ancient cities and its contemporaries have changed their old appearance and put on a new look. The ancient city of Jianshui has remained unmoved in the torrent of "changing the old appearance with a new look", and has not changed at all. With its "old appearance", it stands out among the ancient cities in Yunnan and has become a true picture of classical life.

And the Confucian Temple in it is a book, and now I only hope that this book will be read a little slower! Give us more time to read it....

Time flies for thousands of years, thousands of words, can't tell the weight of the Confucian Temple, let's read the book of Jianshui Confucian Temple together slowly, take a look at the millennium, the vicissitudes of time, the traces left by time in the Confucian Temple, let's find together, the past life story guarded by the Confucian Temple , we come to listen in this life.

Culture makes Jianshui Confucian Temple "live"

What is culture? Culture is the sum of material wealth and spiritual wealth created during the historical development of human society. After more than 5,000 years of development, Chinese culture has formed a dazzling cultural river, and Confucius culture is the most dazzling star in this dazzling galaxy.

China is called "the country of etiquette" by foreigners. Tracing back to the origin, it is all because of one person, and this person is the holy teacher-Confucius.

After the World Nobel Peace Prize was awarded in 1998, 74 committee members unanimously declared that "human beings who want eternal peace must seek a peaceful coexistence solution from the Confucius doctrine 2,500 years ago."

However, in today's materialistic and impetuous society, the Confucian culture of Confucius seems to be gradually forgotten by us, and the "ritual" that was once deeply rooted in our bones seems to be gradually drifting away from us.

Inheriting traditional culture has become our unshirkable responsibility, and making culture "live" has become something that cannot be delayed!

Following the teachings of the sage Confucius, following the teachings of "don't do to others what you don't want yourself to do to yourself" in childhood, we walked into the "living" Jianshui Confucian Temple.

We have been waiting for a long, long time to make friends with the sages and listen to the teachings of the sages...

I couldn't help asking: "In the era when the princes were chaotic and a hundred schools of thought were contending, could Confucius have predicted that his thoughts would span a thousand years and last for a hundred generations?"

Touch the Confucian Temple and find the residence of the soul

Walking into the Confucian Temple, standing under the majestic and ancient "Taihe Yuanqi" gate, I seemed to hear the voice of Confucius and the words of the sage who came through thousands of years: "A friend comes from afar, It's not easy to say "!

The dragon, lion, elephant and other patterns carved on the gate square endow Jianshui Confucian Temple with local characteristics. The four corners of the eaves are upturned, the bronze tiles on the eaves are exquisitely decorated, and the Ruyi arches under the eaves are elegant and atmospheric. One brick and one tile show the atmosphere of the Confucian Temple And vigorous!

Looking to one side, there is a bronze statue of an old man here. The bronze statue is lifelike, with a kind and solemn face, and the clothes are simple and full of temperament. Presumably many people have already guessed who this old man is! He is the famous Confucius sage, the most holy teacher, and scholars respectfully call him "Confucius"!

Passing through the gate, a pool of spring water comes into view. This pool of water is called "Panchi" and also known as "Study Sea". "Xuehai" refers to this place.

Xuehai is used as a metaphor for Confucius' thoughts and knowledge, which are as profound as the vast ocean. It was built in the fourth year of Chenghua in the Ming Dynasty, rebuilt in the 53rd year of Kangxi, and rebuilt again in 1989. With the wisdom and hardships of people of all ages, the scale of Jianshui Panchi ranks first in the country.

There is a small island in the center of Panchi. There is a small pavilion built on the island. The name of the pavilion is "Sile Pavilion", also known as "Diaoyu Pavilion". "It means to encourage students to study hard. At the same time, Sile Pavilion is also the dividing line between the upper and lower ponds of Panchi. In ancient times, red lotus was planted in the upper pond and white lotus in the lower pond, which means "Lian (Lian) Lian high school".

Standing here, you can still feel the brilliance and bustle of the Confucius Temple at the beginning. In the season when the lotus is in full bloom, the red lotus is like fire, the white lotus is like snow, the red lotus is enthusiastic, the white lotus is noble, red and white, and the colors of two different seasons are here. Overlapping, intersecting, yet unusually harmonious.

Enter the hinterland of the Confucian Temple from Limen and Yilu Shifang. In ancient times, when entering this gate, military officers had to dismount from their horses, and civil servants had to get off their sedan chairs to show respect for Confucius. Therefore, we need to pass through this gate with a grateful heart.

Crossing the Limen Gate and Yi Road, the second courtyard of the Confucius Temple is clearly displayed in front of you. Whether it is the semicircular platform or the majestic "Zhusi Yuanyuan" square, the layout of the buildings, large and small, all show The sense of space and luxury of the Confucian Temple.

Standing in the middle of the courtyard, you can see such a scene: "the overlapping shadows of the buildings in the distance appear, the blue waves are rippling nearby, the breeze blows, and the sea of learning ripples, and the originally static reflection in the pool is disturbed by the wind. .

Step by step, you will enter the third courtyard, and you will find that every corner here is infiltrated by Confucian culture, with a bookish atmosphere, like a well-educated lady hidden in a deep boudoir, No matter what happens, she will not be surprised by favor or humiliation, and the wind and frost of a thousand years will not change her color.

Passing through the Lingxing Gate, there is no solemnity of the front yard here, and a breath of Jiangnan gardens is coming. The fragrance of flowers and green grass are everywhere here. "Kuixing Pavilion" and "Wenchang Pavilion" are located on both sides, " "Xiangxian Temple" and "Famous Eunuch Temple" also stand in the middle of this small world.

The apricot altar located on the central axis is the place where Confucius gathered disciples to give lectures. This apricot altar was built in the Yuan Dynasty and was destroyed by an earthquake. This is the third reconstruction.

Standing here, such a picture emerges in my mind, "In the morning, the sound of reading aloud comes from here, and the students in robes are sitting in front of the desk and listening to the teacher's lecture." It is like an ancient picture of students studying.

Passing through the Dacheng Gate, we came to the fifth entrance courtyard of the Confucian Temple - the location of the Xianshi Temple. Entering here, we officially entered the palace of art.

From ancient times to the present, Xianshi Temple has been regarded as a place where the essence of Confucius culture is highly concentrated. In this small world, the traces of Confucius' life from birth to death are recorded here one by one. You can feel it when you walk in here. See the wisdom and thought of Confucius, feel the solemnity and thickness of Confucian culture, and feel the influence of Confucian culture on ancient architectural patterns.

The environment is quiet, clean and tidy, and the grandeur is the biggest feature of the Xianshi Temple. In addition to these Xianshi Temples, there are some unknown things, such as the buildings in the entire Confucian Temple area. Only the Xianshi Temple has no mosquitoes and spiders. The net, and the whole courtyard always stops raining and the courtyard dries up no matter it is raining heavily or lightly. These two unexplainable phenomena are still anecdotes in architecture.

The statue of Confucius stands in the center of the Xianshi Temple. Looking from the front, Confucius seems to be watching the evolution of Confucian culture for thousands of years with a pair of wise eyes, watching everyone who comes to worship!

The heart is still immersed in the Xianshi Temple, and the body has come to the Chongsheng Temple. The Chongsheng Temple is an altar for worshiping Confucius' parents, and the family culture of Confucius is gathered here.

Since ancient times, "filial piety" has been the core of "family ethics" in Confucian culture. This core is the silk thread that draws wanderers back home, the bond for overseas Chinese to return home, and our cognition of family happiness.

Walking in here, looking at the development process of the Confucius family, what flashes in my heart is the bits and pieces about my parents from childhood to adulthood. Parents have wrinkled faces and cracked palms.

When I got here, the biggest gain is to keep the phrase "children want to support, but relatives don't wait" deeply in my heart.

The structure of the entire Confucian Temple can be said to be exquisite and exquisite to the extreme, and each eaves and carvings can be independently formed.

Looking up at the sky, the place is enveloped by the fragrance of books. Looking down, you can find the imprint of Confucius culture in every courtyard. When you look up, the Jianshui Confucian Temple has already been deeply rooted in your heart.

Sven returns from Ziyan, and the cultural heritage flows forever

In order to inherit the Confucian culture, let the Confucian Temple no longer be a pure building, let the Confucian Temple not only live in people's memory, but also live in books, let the Confucian Temple truly live in the present, and live in the children's true memories.

In spring and autumn every year, Jianshui Confucian Temple will hold grand sacrificial ceremonies to Confucianism. Sacrificing Confucianism is a grand ceremony held in the Confucian (Confucian) Temple in order to respect and commemorate the most holy teacher Confucius; Jianshui Confucian Temple The worship of Confucius has a long history, starting in the middle of the Ming Dynasty. It is an art form that mainly celebrates the achievements of Confucius during his lifetime and combines singing, dancing and music.

The "Lin'an Mansion Chronicle" compiled in the Qing Dynasty said: Every spring and autumn, on Shangding Day, local civil and military officials would worship Confucius in the Confucian Temple. It is the highest honor for a local literati to participate in the activities of offering sacrifices to Confucius. During the sacrifice, accompanied by music and dance, the scene is grand. There are strict regulations on the ritual procedures, specifications, music and dance arrangements, costumes, dance tools, and tributes for offering sacrifices to Confucius. The current sacrifice to Confucius is divided into five parts after simplification: welcome to the saint, first offering, second offering, final offering, and sending the holy.

Every weekend and holiday, when you walk into the Jianshui Confucian Temple, you will always see such a group of figures, a group of elderly people with an average age of nearly 70 years old, playing every piece of sacred ritual music seriously. This is Jianshui Confucian Temple. The ancient orchestra of the Temple of Water Confucianism. They adhere to the purpose of inheriting intangible culture and promoting Dongjing music, so that more people like and understand this traditional culture, and pass on the intangible cultural heritage from generation to generation.

The melody of the ceremony and music for offering sacrifices to Confucius is simple and simple, with every word and sound, and the rhythm is slow. The main content of the movement is to praise the merits of Confucius, and the lyrics are four words and eight sentences. From the perspective of rhythm, it is the inheritance of the elegant songs, songs, poems and rituals of the Zhou Dynasty in our country.

During the performance process, "Li" and "Music" are used throughout, highlighting Confucius' thought of governing the world with "Li" and "Music", and showing the people's worship of this great cultural man.

Etiquette is like spring rain, moistening things silently." Every holiday, at the scene of every "Three Rituals of Confucianism", when children bow to their parents, or when mothers comb hair for girls, or when parents do things for children When lighting up the heart lamp and making good wishes, how many parents will shed tears of excitement, and how many children will hug their parents and cry bitterly!
