The pork trotter is fat but not greasy, it melts in the mouth, and the heat of the stew is excellent. It is paired with farmhouse braised pork, stewed chicken, cabbage and bean bubbles, and special delicacies that are shredded and creaky...a table full of delicacies, a feast for the eyes Don't be too cool! !

After nightfall in Changyucheng Village, the villagers who worked during the day gathered at the backyard stage of Yongxing Temple, playing drums and gongs, dressing up, or applauding from the audience, to create an authentic social drama at the foot of the Great Wall. . The Changyu City has a history of nearly 600 years of singing social operas. Every year on the first lunar month and some traditional lunar festivals, social operas are staged in the village. She opera evolved from Bangzi in Hebei, but when it arrived in Changyu City, it became its own unique singing style.
