Located in Shengfang Town, Bazhou City, Hebei Province, it was built in 1880 (the sixth year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty). The original head of the household, Wang Zijian, was invited from Tianjin for design and construction. It is said that it cost 30,000 taels of silver.

The house was originally divided into four small courtyards, the courtyard in the northeast corner is a European-style building; the courtyard in the southeast corner is an African architectural style; the courtyard in the northwest corner is a traditional Qing-style building in China; the courtyard in the southwest corner is the front yard of the entrance gate, with European-style doors and windows , surrounded by corridors, and three gates with different styles, among which the gate is the gate tower of Dahuzuo, and the forehead brick carving on the gate tower is finely carved. There are three sides in total. The middle one is Beijing Baita Temple, the left side is Shanghai Broadway, and the right side is Tianjin Wall Zihe. It is now a Bazhou-level cultural relics protection unit.

In 1958, the teachers and students of the Sculpture Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts visited and interviewed. The gate building is 4 meters wide and more than 5 meters high. After the Tangshan Earthquake, the Southwest and Southeast Second Hospitals and their gates, second gates, and third gates were all demolished. Now the North Second Hospital and the Northwest and Northeast Second Hospitals are basically intact.
