Wutaishan Mountain is called Wanghai Peak, located 10 kilometers east of Taihuai Town, with an altitude of 2,795 meters and an area of more than 100 mu. The Wanghai Tower was once built on the top of the platform.
When the weather is fine in summer, when the dawn is on it, you can see the red sun bursting out from the end of the sea of clouds. Zhao Puchu, the president of the Buddhist Association of China and a poet, once visited Dongtai in 1981. He wrote a poem immediately: "On the top of Dongtai, fur is still worn in midsummer, and the sky is dressed in summer clothes to welcome the sunrise. The peak is soaring and the sea of clouds is like a boat floating, full of vitality."
