The winery cooperates with the Moser family, a European winemaking family known for its grape planting, and hires its fifteenth generation successor, Ross Moser, as the winemaker of the winery, and named the winery after it.
The history of wine making in the Moser family can be traced back 400 years. Moser XIII is a well-known figure in the family, known as the "father of modern viticulture", he invented the modern trellis planting method in 1905 - this is the first time for humans to let the vines stand up and grow, which greatly improves the viticulture. The quality of wine grapes has set off a revolution in vineyards in Europe. His book Weinbau Einmal Anders (Weinbau Einmal Anders) has been translated into 17 foreign languages and is known as the "Bible of Viticulture".
Moser brought the essence of his grandfather's lifelong study of grape growing to the winery vineyard. When he found that at a height of 60-80 centimeters from the ground, the sunlight, ventilation and humidity conditions of the vines were just right, he decisively cut off the fruits in other positions, leaving no more than 10 bunches of grapes for each vine. The yield per mu of vineyards in the winery is below 400 kilograms, which exceeds the standard of Bordeaux AOC legal production area.
