Established in October 1968, Peacock Park is a miniature zoo by the road around the lake. Only the male peacock has the right to open the screen. In the world of peacocks, the male peacock pleases the female peacock, so as to achieve the purpose of passing on the family line.
The peacock's cry is very special, a bit like a cat's meow, and as long as one peacock calls twice, it will arouse everyone's approval, which is very interesting. There are more than 200 peacocks and rare birds in the garden, and about 100 others, such as pheasant, Taiwan pheasant, long-tailed pheasant, golden rooster, silver pheasant and white-crested pheasant; and the Butterfly Museum displays birds from all over the world. Butterfly specimens, accompanied by detailed explanations, can achieve educational effects such as tourists' understanding of butterfly ecology.
